我想建立使用go build一個chaincode。不能在Windows編譯面料 - 缺少ltdl.h
環境：安裝
- 去1.8.3窗口/ AMD
- 的Windows 10
當我運行go build我收到以下錯誤：

compilation terminated.
我檢查和我的GCC安裝不包含ltdl.h文件中包括文件夾。
我發現一個SO的帖子有solution for Linux，但沒有一個適用於Windows。
有人可以幫忙嗎？
