我懷疑你想這樣的：

if(row==9) { 
     row = 0; 
     if(++col == 9) 
      return true; 
    }

山坳++增量關口，但返回舊值。你可能打算使用++ col，它返回新的值。（見Java: Prefix/postfix of increment/decrement operators?）

在你的代碼中，當fillBoard(8, 8, grid)被調用時，山坳增大到9，但(col++ == 9)被評估爲假，因爲山坳++返回8所以你再嘗試接入電網[8] [9]，其是拋出異常的時候。
