的問題是，當屬性是從一個單獨的參考項目，它不會被調用。該項目編譯和運行沒有問題 - 除了該屬性沒有得到執行。如果我將屬性移動到同一個webapi項目中，該屬性將被執行。我還有其他使用聲明來授權請求的屬性 - 這些屬性不會在單獨項目的一部分中執行。

應該可以將您的屬性放在一個外部項目中。

請確保您使用的是相同的System.Web.Http和System.Net.Http版本在兩個項目。
