嘗試升級node.js.您正在使用v0.6.x，它非常古老，並使用舊版本的npm。當前最新的穩定版本的節點（截至撰寫本文時）是v0.10.26（隨npm 1.4.3一起提供）。

編輯：我可以確認npm install hapi適用於節點v0.10.26。
