NHibernate支持人員指出我正確的方向來解決這個問題。
問題是IIS沒有訪問windows \ temp文件夾的權限。
我去的IIS應用程序池>高級Settigns>身份
，並將其更改爲本地（因爲我在我的電腦管理員）。這爲我修好了。希望這可以幫助。
