你忘記了配置tableview數據源。

class DetailViewContoller: UIViewController, UITableViewDelegate, UITableViewDataSource, UITextViewDelegate {

override func viewDidLoad() {

    commentTableView.delegate = self 
    commentTableView.dataSource = self
