Python路徑無法正常工作

Question

最近我遇到了Python路徑的問題。當我想通過cmd執行Python中寫入的內容時，它將返回help菜單而不是執行腳本。

想不通爲什麼會這樣，因爲我已經籤Environment Path並有C:\Python27\

它開始Django，例如CMD: manage.py migrate回報幫助manage.py。當我做CMD: python manage.py migrate時，一切正常。

這裏是一塊Environment Variables的：

我有一個類似的問題。我不知道這個解決方案對於這種情況是否有效。

在環境路徑中我也有C：/ Python27，但經過一番挖掘後，我發現我的PYTHONHOME變量被設置爲一些其他無關的文件夾。並將該值改爲實際的python路徑解決了我的問題。
