加載API失敗 - Azure移動服務上的錯誤403

我登臺的Azure移動服務突然停止工作，並在被其他應用程序調用時開始報告錯誤。

直接移動服務URL報告「錯誤403 - 此Web應用程序已停止。」在https://b8akjsms2-st.azure-mobile.net/錯誤我也無法從Azure的門戶，拋出此消息訪問API：
