opam未能嘗試安裝lwt尋找pthreads

在Ubuntu Trusty VM上，我已經從由Real World Ocaml建議的ppa安裝opam（版本1.2.0）設置了文檔。

當運行

opam install lwt 

構建失敗，並追問.out文件顯示：

testing for pthread: ........................... unavailable 
not checking for glib 

The following recquired C libraries are missing: pthread. 

我有Ubuntu的軟件包的libpthread-stubs0-DEV安裝。我需要安裝什麼才能讓安裝成功？

根據https://github.com/realworldocaml/book/wiki/Installation-Instructions：

14.04 [忠實的]配備了最新版本的OCaml和OPAM的。不需要PPA。

該指令適用於Trusty VM中的我。

此外，請確保您已安裝aspcud軟件包。否則，opam通常會選擇錯誤的軟件包版本，在這種情況下我曾經看到過這個錯誤。
