我用命令

Sys.setenv(http_proxy="http://myusername:pswd@host:port") 

，它工作在第一。 但在終端重新啓動它，它呈現出以下error.-

cannot open: HTTP status was '407 Proxy Authentication Required

您運行R的過程中設置的環境。當實例R退出，過程消失，環境消失。

您不能爲父進程設置環境。

把這些命令放到/etc/profile或~/.bash_profile代替：

export http_proxy 
http_proxy=http://myusername:pswd@host:port 

或全部一行（爲bash）：

export http_proxy=http://myusername:pswd@host:port 

或啓動R前在外殼的命令。
