我想用Jenkins部署到ECS和EFS。 （在/ var/jenkins_home安裝）

是的，它有點瘋狂，但一個簡單的解決方案就是在你的efs文件位置上運行chown命令。 E.g如果「/ EFS」是你的EFS安裝，簡單的運行sudo chown 1000 efs/
