對於該API endpoint，不再提供使用配額。而且，顯然，這是the Chromium project社區開發者特定的端點。

Google的Speech API是the Cloud Speech API。

您引用的keys似乎是在您的Google Cloud Project（GCP）中設置的。 GCP隱式地指定那些密鑰，可以鏈接到Cloud Speech API，正如here所指出的那樣，而不是https://www.google.com/speech-api/v2/之一。
