pip找不到最新版本的pypi項目

我正在嘗試使用pip安裝http://pypi.python.org/pypi/django-crowdsourcing/1.1.21。我越來越pip找不到最新版本的pypi項目

PyPI將正確的版本號清晰地知道1.1版本.21因爲這是什麼出現，當你去http://pypi.python.org/pypi/django-crowdsourcing/爲什麼皮普認爲版本1.1.19是最新版本？

有一個在1.1.21版本沒有打包的文件。有一個在1.1.19。 hg中的標籤對pip沒有任何意義：它只會下載打包文件。

也許聯繫維護人員，並指出在pypi上沒有兩個最新版本的文件版本。
