InMemory的DbContext拋出錯誤時，集成測試

錯誤：

Message: System.InvalidOperationException : The instance of entity type 'Program' cannot be tracked because another instance of this type with the same key is already being tracked. 問題出現在DoRequestForCreateWithCorrectData_ReturnCreatedHttpStatus方法，其中我使用上下文來添加新項目到內存數據庫。同樣的問題出現時，我想同時添加更多的項目上下文，所以我認爲我做了初始化錯誤的方式。

問題是，來自預製數據的Id是1和1，所以這是第一個錯誤，爲什麼兩個都沒有一起工作。另一個問題是它創建ID爲1，這是已經使用預製的數據創造了新的記錄時，所以我只是改變了標識在預製到98和99
