你錯過了幾個（不是非常清晰）的步驟。大熊貓是通過PIP分佈爲wheel，這意味着你需要做的：

pip install wheel 
pip install pandas

你可能打算在此之後碰到其他問題 - 它看起來就像你在Windows上安裝這是不numpy/scipy/pandas的目標最友好。或者，您可以從here獲取二進制安裝程序。
