我正在嘗試使用環聊API創建應用，starter app。 環聊API是否支持在運行時添加的數據字段？

例如，

a. If we need to add team members to our app 
b. Or when we do 'Create Application' (https://appengine.google.com/) 
c. When we enter AppEngine app ID to Gadget URL (https://code.google.com/apis/console/?api=plusHangouts) 

我們能做到以上使用Python代碼，並使用API​​（如果有的話）？
