HTML/PHP的評論框不發送電子郵件

Question

我發送到PHP文件而這又應該發送一封電子郵件請求一個簡單的HTML表單。對php文件的請求工作並顯示確認文本，但沒有發送電子郵件。

我很堅持，爲什麼沒有被髮送的電子郵件不能工作了。他們的任何問題與我的PHP？
