OpenCV的cmake的沒有找到最新的ffmpeg的庫

當運行的CMakeLists.txt爲opencv的2.4.8安裝：

我的問題：爲什麼OpenCV中沒有鏈接無線網絡th最新的libavutil，libavcodec等...
