當運行NPM時，Angular 2種子項目無法運行webpack START

所以我從GITHUB下載了angular2-seed項目，並試圖讓它運行。我正在使用最新版本的NPM和NODE。

這是我在運行時看到的錯誤。我更改了webpack上的端口，並更改了服務器上的端口以及使用相同結果運行sudo/non-sudo。
