Module 'Disk' power on failed. 

Failed to start the virtual machine.

所有你需要做的是從你的VMDK文件的文件夾中刪除.LCK文件。 它一般存在於 C：\ Users \用戶名\文檔\虛擬機\ VMWareName

您也可以只移動LCK文件一個文件夾，以確保你不小心刪除的任何其他文件。
