log4j文件重命名策略

我這個使用XML配置做（也許可以不帶）和Apache額外伴侶™爲Apache的log4j™（用於log4j的一個額外的庫）。我不認爲這沒有額外的工作，但它可能。

關鍵是要用FileNamePattern。
