ext.kotlin_version = '1.1.2-3'

'1.1.2-3'版本在jcenter repo中不可用，它在您的文件系統中都不可用。

當我查看最新版本1.1.2-2是在2017年4月28日最後更新的jcenter中可用，所以請使用1.1.2-2版本而不是1.1.2-3。

您設置的Kotlin Gradle插件版本尚未在存儲庫上提供。嘗試設置爲任何其他版本，如：

ext.kotlin_version = '1.1.1'
