Android線程錯誤消息

我只想在線程超時時設置文本「如何」到TextView。該程序可以在Eclipse中運行。但是，當線程超時時，彈出錯誤消息「不幸的是，SplashScreen已經停止」出現，然後按下OK按鈕後程序退出（停止）。哪裏不對？怎麼修？

tv.setText("how"); is in onon UI thread... 

你不能做UI在其他然後UI線程相關的工作......
