用Scala-IO追加文件

在scalax.io.Output的方法是總是完全破壞。 IE寫入將替換文件中的所有數據，插入，修補或追加是你的朋友，如果那不是你想要的行爲

使用append，而不是write。並且Seekable.write沒有openOptions參數。所以手冊可能會過時。
