RoleManager類（WriteToLog方法）移動或替換？

我正在研究應該在Windows Azure環境中託管的WCF服務，所以我想用RoleManager.WriteToLog方法記錄事件。我發現有很多的文章，描述了這個類的用法，通常日期爲2008年或2009年

我無法找到是RoleManager類（甚至沒有Microsoft.ServiceHosting.ServiceRuntime命名空間中添加引用窗口）。我看到的只有RoleEnvironment。有沒有這個類搬家或更換，或我是否缺少的東西？我正在使用Visual Studio 2010和Windows Azure工具。

的命名空間已被否決作爲Azure的SDK的November release的一部分。使用Azure Diagnostics。
