我依然會碰到的問題是，Start/Size不成立的4個字節的數據，我需要。

如果你正在閱讀一個二進制文件，你可能應該看看使用BinaryReader。這樣你就不必擔心把字節數組轉換成整數或其他東西。例如，您可以簡單地調用reader.ReadInt32來讀取int。
