Nginx的access_log中的日誌請求/響應大小

我需要在access_log中記錄請求/響應大小（body + headers）。任何想法如何在nginx中做到這一點？ 在Apache中，我們可以使用％I ..％O格式。

log_format combined '$request_length $bytes_sent'; 

根據文檔$request_length包括請求頭的長度和$bytes_sent是響應於上述請求發送到所述客戶端的總字節數。
