許可證問題：GPL版權標題

Question

我開始了一個新的GPL v2項目，該項目將建立在現有的GPL代碼上。目前，其他項目的文件裏面的標題是這樣的：

現在，當我做了修改，我顯然需要離開，機智的原始版權，按照許可，但需要加我的名字和歸屬。我應該怎麼做？這可以接受嗎？
