如何查看已安裝軟件的安裝說明和自制軟件？

安裝用自制一些公式軟件後給安裝注意事項，如：

我怎樣才能查看這些筆記已安裝的公式？我不記得如何啓動和停止mysql，我知道它是在自制安裝後注意到的。
