Jupyter筆記本 - OSError [Errno 2]沒有這樣的文件或目錄

我必須安裝Jupyter才能完成Udacity的項目。遵循指示並運行Jupyter後，沒有任何筆記本可以打開。這是日誌輸出：

我用Google搜索，發現了一些類似的問題here，here和here，都沒有成功。

我安裝了Anaconda，仍然是同樣的問題。

任何幫助，非常感謝。

如果我解決不了這個問題，我該如何完全卸載與jupyter和anaconda相關的所有東西？我正在使用Ubuntu 16.04。

否則，有沒有其他方法可以打開沒有jupyter的python筆記本？也許Spyder？
