無法識別的配置部分system.ftpServer for azure

我正在嘗試爲我的Azure Web應用程序服務配置web.config。我想限制ftp訪問只有特定的URL。但是當我加入標籤時，它給我的錯誤 -

IIS的一些verisons DONOT支持 'system.ftpServer' 配置，或者您需要手動下載的FTP模塊。您可以參考artice https://www.iis.net/configreference/system.ftpserver並檢查您的IIS版本。
