403禁止錯誤訪問來自家庭網絡（的Joomla）的網站時

Question

當從我的家庭網絡訪問我的網站，它返回一個403 Forbidden錯誤。我試過Chrome，火狐& IE，重置所有設置，清除緩存& cookies等

但是，如果我連接到我的手機，我可以訪問該網站沒有問題。

我們與我們的客戶一個同樣的問題。原來他的IP被ModSecurity阻止了。發生了什麼事情是他多次嘗試FTP到網站失敗。

這也有可能發生，如果你想補充一點的ModSecurity包含列入黑名單的話（如果你嘗試了好幾次，然後ModeSecurity可以只阻止您的IP）的內容。

解決這個問題或者是重新啓動DSL路由器，或致電您的主機解除封鎖IP。
